I don’t know about you, but I love Pinterest. I have found so many recipes and workouts that I want to try, in addition to some DYI craft projects and ideas for the holidays! It’s great! Today while I was searching the site, I found some circuit workouts that I want to try. As I mentioned before, I love finding new circuit workouts that you can do at home, since I do not currently belong to a gym. I wanted to share these three workouts, which you can find on my Pinterest Health & Fitness board here.
Workout #1: Cardio/Strength – Repeat for a total of 2-3 circuits
Workout #2: World’s Fastest Workout – Only takes 4 minutes!
Workout #3: Tone It Up Legs Pyramid – Repeat 1x through
I also found a link to this FitSugar site, which lists 7 different workouts for the treadmill. Personally, I am a huge fan of pyramid workouts that involve changes in incline. Here is a 40-minute hill workout that I plan on trying that includes off the treadmill leg work:
