Mix & Match Recipes

Hi all! I hope that everyone enjoyed the weekend. I couldn’t get enough of the warm, sunny weather! I have some good recipes for you guys today. The best part about these recipes is that you can mix & match ingredients and try different combinations!

I love almost any recipe that uses boxed cake mix. I look forward to trying something with chocolate cake mix next time!

BBQ Ranch Chicken “Garbage Bread”, adapted from Sweet Tooth Sweet Life

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • ⅓ cup (or more) Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
  • ⅓ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 roll Pizza Dough
  • ½ bag Shredded Cheese

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350*.
-Cook ground chicken on the stovetop.
-Mix in BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing.
-Add chicken mix to pizza dough on a foil-lined cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam.
-Add shredded cheese and top with a little more BBQ sauce.
-Roll the pizza dough (I started with the shorter end), pinching the sides as you go along.
-Roll up the ends once the dough is completely rolled to avoid contents spilling out while cooking.
-Cook for 30-35 minutes, and allow to cool before cutting into slices.

B said that the only changes that would make this “bread” better would be to add more BBQ sauce …and bacon. The BBQ sauce I can do, but bacon??

If you are looking for a good, easy chicken recipe, then I definitely recommend this “Crispy Ranch Chicken“.

Do you have any ideas on different combinations to try for these recipes? Enjoy! :)
